If you are a new Romilly Wilde customer, a very warm welcome and thank you for visiting our site. You don’t need to register your details and can check out as a guest as you so choose. If you register with us, you will receive any promotions or offers via email. It won’t take long to register your details and you can opt for your personal details to be securely saved.
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.romillywilde.com (hereinafter called the “website”) including telephone sales and the use of the website itself. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and by using the Website you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Romilly Wilde is the trading name of Wilde Beauty Limited, Company No: 7543855 with registered office at Alexandra House, St.Johns Street, Salisbury, UK SP1 2SB and VAT Registration No. 236251523.

In these terms and conditions the terms “we”, and “us”, and “our”, refer to Romilly Wilde and “you” and “your” refer to any visitor to the Website or any Romilly Wilde customer.
“Goods” are those items, which are displayed for sale on the Website.
Free shipping is offered on all romillywilde.com orders over £125 in the United Kingdom. Standard courier charges will apply on all UK orders under £125 and all orders Internationally. Cut off time for receiving orders is 1pm for goods to be despatched that working day and will be dispatched by next day delivery via DPD (only applies to orders in the United Kingdom). All details will be sent to you via email in your order confirmation. We use a number of international couriers, details of which will be provided in your shipping confirmation as delivered to you by email.
Please refer to the separate ‘Delivery & Returns’ section on the website. We would ask you to inspect the Goods upon delivery to check that your order is complete. Should there be any problem with the Goods please notify us as soon as practicable and in any event within 48 hours of Receipt of the Goods.
To help you get the items you want before they sell out, you can pre-order items (where pre-order stock is available). This isn’t just for items we’ve had and sold out of but we’ll also be offering pre-orders on items we haven’t even released yet.
If an item is available for pre-order, you will be able to see this once you have selected the product you want. We can only take pre-orders up to 28 days in advance.
To pre-order an item, you will need to add the product to your shopping bag as if you were placing a normal website order. You will then need to follow the check-out process as normal and pay for the item. As soon as the item is available we will send it out. If your order contains a mix of pre-orders and in stock items, we will ship the pre-orders separately at no extra charge. Your order confirmation email will contain both in stock and pre-order items.

Please bear in mind that if you do place a pre-order it will be treated as a normal order and the monies will be taken from your account when the order is dispatched.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our customers are much valued, so if after receiving an order you change your mind, you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked. However, goods being returned to us must be in their original, un-opened and unused condition. It is easy to detect whether product has been dispensed from the pumps, and we remain within our rights to not issue a refund if this is shown to be the case. If however you have a complaint after using the product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If any of your products fail or are faulty, please return to the address below with all your details and reasons for return. All returns to be sent to:

All prices are shown on the website in GBP sterling (£), inclusive of UK VAT (20%) All payments may be made by any of the credit, debit or charge cards listed below under PAYMENT DETAILS. As the Buyer, you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card issuer. All prices are as stated on the website, but Romilly Wilde reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
PAYMENT DETAILS AND SECURITY
All payments to Romilly Wilde are handled securely. Payment will be debited from your card immediately on placing the order for the Goods you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction we will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt, which will be sent to the email address you provide. Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron, Solo, Switch, Maestro, American Express and PayPal. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Romilly Wilde, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. Please note that we retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us. Legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.
You have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, un-opened and unused condition. It is easy to detect whether product has been dispensed from the pumps, and we remain within our rights to not issue a refund if this is shown to be the case. For further details on how to return merchandise please see our returns page. You can submit your cancellation notice by email to us at email@example.com. Your statutory rights are not affected.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Romilly Wilde, its directors, offices and employees from any, and all, third party claims, liability, dames and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from, without limitation, your use of the www.romillywilde.com service, your breach of these terms and conditions, your infringement of any intellectual property right or any other right of any person or entity, or your breach of any duty of confidence or privacy, or any defamatory statements made by you in any form.

Romilly Wilde (Wilde Beauty Limited) is the owner of all trademarks in “Romilly Wilde”, and “Romilly Wilde Beauty” and “Romilly Wilde Skincare” and “Romilly Wilde Perfume”. All trademarks, product names, company names or logos featured on the website and any associated published media, are the property of Romilly Wilde (Wilde Beauty Limited).
